Polar Vault is a private, password-protected work tool of Studio Merlin for finding businesses and sending them individual business emails about website design. It is not offered to the public.
We store only business contact data that the business itself publishes on its website or business listing: company name, website, business email address, business phone, city and country, plus the emails we exchange. Legal basis: legitimate interest in direct business communication (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)). Every first email says who we are, and every email can be answered with a request to stop. Anyone who asks is put on a do-not-contact list that is kept even if their other data is deleted, so they are never contacted again. To ask what we store about you, or to have it deleted, write to the address above. You may also complain to the Slovenian data protection authority: Informacijski pooblaščenec, Dunajska cesta 22, 1000 Ljubljana, www.ip-rs.si.
No cookies are used except one login cookie for the tool's own users. There is no tracking and no open-tracking pixel in our emails.
The tool is provided as is, without any warranty. We are not liable for errors, outages, lost data, or decisions made based on its content, to the extent permitted by law. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law (intent, gross negligence, harm to life or health, mandatory consumer rights). Slovenian law applies. We may change or stop the tool at any time.
